Terry Jost: Chief Executive Officer Terry Jost has extensive experience leading global management consulting, systems integration and outsourcing companies. Prior to Mycroft, Jost held numerous senior positions within Capgemini Worldwide, including: North American leader of Capgemini Outsourcing Services; CEO of Capgemini Technologies; vice president of business strategy and acquisitions, North America, and partner in charge of consulting services for Capgemini Americas Central Region; vice president of business development, business alliances & marketing, for CGE&Y North America; and vice president and general manager for CGE&Y's North America area offices. Prior to those positions, Jost was an equity partner at Ernst & Young LLP, where he held leadership positions including responsibility for business development of E&Y Consulting in the combined Manufacturing, Retail, and Energy Industry segments, and serving as leader of the E&Y North America Consumer Products Practice. Earlier, he held senior marketing positions at IBM Corporation.

Jonathan Freeman, Founder & Chief Information Officer Jonathan Freeman is the Founder and Chief Information Officer for Mycroft Inc. In this role, he is responsible for research and development of the company's marketing-leading innovations that deliver security solutions to the enterprise private cloud. Freeman has more than 20 years of experience in successfully developing, commercializing, and growing breakthrough identity and access management technologies. As an early advocate of directory-based architectures and virtual communities, Freeman has delivered next generation solutions that leverage his software heritage and knowledge of customer needs. Freeman is a recognized visionary in the development and deployment of Security as a Service and Enterprise Private Cloud solutions in the Identity Management Security and Managed Service Provider markets. Freeman founded Mycroft Inc. in 1988 and holds a Bachelors of Science degree from Columbia University.

Elizabeth Butwin-Mann: Chief Information Security Officer Since joining Mycroft in 1994, Elizabeth Butwin-Mann has been a driving force behind the organization's emergence as a recognized leader in Identity and Access Management (IAM), and now in Identity and Access Governance. Butwin-Mann is primarily responsible for shaping and guiding the company's growth initiatives, focusing specifically on the expansion of Mycroft's Information Security offerings. Always promoting an independent approach to solutions, and aiming those solutions directly at business needs, she is broadening Mycroft's partnerships and in turn Mycroft's ability to address its customers' needs in Identity and Access Management, Governance and Compliance, and most recently, the firm's entrance to the Enterprise Private Cloud and Security as a Service business. Prior to joining Mycroft, Butwin-Mann worked in the Financial Services market, implementing business-driven technology solutions at a large Insurer, and collaborating with the Palmieri Company in their turnaround management efforts at the firm.

Sam Tang: Chief Technology Officer Sam Tang works on the development of new approaches to Identity Management and Security offerings. Tang is responsible for directing integration and software engineering for identity management solutions. He also leads the architecture and validation of Mycroft's specialized offerings, including frameworks for the implementation of commercial identity management products and vertical specific solutions for our clients. Prior to joining Mycroft in 2002, Tang was the Vice President of Product Development for Passlogix, Inc., where he was responsible for Software Engineering, Quality Assurance, R&D, Release Management, and Product Management. He also architected the LDAP implementation for Passlogix's Single Sign-On product line, which enabled global mobility of user identities and credentials. Tang was also the Vice President of Software Engineering for Lazard Freres where he directed the development of products dealing with Corporate Finance, Broker Dealers, and Asset Management. Tang previously served as an Assistant Director at Ernst & Young, LLC where he directed all stages of product development for Asset Management, Purchasing, and other financial related initiatives.
Lisa Bauman: Human Resources DirectorLisa Bauman joined Mycroft in 2008 and is responsible for establishing the strategic development of Human Resources programs in support of global business objectives. Bauman is an experienced Human Resources professional with core competencies in benefits administration, employee relations, recruitment and staffing, performance management, and policy development. She is a team-oriented business partner dedicated to achieving a balance between the goals of the organization and the needs of the employees. Prior to joining Mycroft, Bauman was the Human Resources Manager for a comprehensive financial planning company where she was responsible for all the human resource functions for the company and its two affiliates. Bauman earned her Masters of Human Resources degree from Lindenwood University.
