Enterprise Systems Management tools have evolved into large and important components of most companies’ IT infrastructures.   Unfortunately, the key success factors that ensure a company will properly utilize their tools are frequently overlooked when they are installed and configured for their environment.   Business processes are typically not fully defined, key objectives are unclear, integration points are lacking and the necessary skill sets to properly install and configure the tools are void in many companies.
