Certain verticals lend themselves to common terms and processes. As such, Mycroft has crafted a number of Vertical-Specific Solutions, designed to minimize the “magic” and maximize the value of an implementation. For example, in higher education we frame the dialogue around “account claiming” and “multiple affiliations,” while in financial services, we frequently talk with our clients about “data guardians” and “entitlement assignments.”
This is about more than understanding common industry terms: we believe that vertical-specific language, process and automation fuels the depth of the vertical-specific solutions. Our vertical-specific solutions are aimed at mitigating risk, and improving time to market with new solutions at our clients’ sites. Mycroft dedicates itself to building solutions into our offerings that demonstrate our knowledge of the vertical, and of how it can most effectively leverage this technology.
This doesn’t mean we treat all members of a vertical equally! Mycroft tailors solutions to meet the unique needs of each client organization. But, within each vertical, we can make greater, swifter and lower-risk progress because we understand the components most common to that vertical.
